Could You Recognize the Symptoms of Menopause? They can start as early as 35!
(This section contains my personal experience) You've heard of menopause, but how about Peri-Menopause, which can occur as early as 35 years of age?! At 51, I was experiencing aching joints, stomach bloating, and lowered libido, which I thought was a normal part of aging that I would need to accept. I took a free health survey online with Winona Health and decided to try Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
I take a 50/50 cream (half progesterone, half estrogen) that I rub between my forearms each night, or you may choose to take capsules or wear a patch. I also take one pill daily of a supplement that contains a precursor to testosterone. This is all explained on their website above!
